It has a visible hole which is leaking.  I slammed some epoxy over it because it leaks every time the neighbor flushes.<br \/>\nWe have a good shot at the cast iron hub, then it gets buried in floor joists and supports.  What are the best materials to use?<br \/>\nIs $650 a good price to fix this,  there will be  a couple of days of plumbing work that will happen in the same building.
