I called 311, and to make a long story short, they informed me that it&#8217;s most likely the building owners responsibility to repair the leak. ( We&#8217;re still waiting for a DEP inspector to come around).<br \/>\nToday I noticed that water has now started to bubble up from the base of our basement stairs&#8211;yikes!!<br \/>\nCan anyone recommend an honest and reputable company who could deal with this type of problem?
