I can install a stackable washer\/dryer in condo that I purchased recently in Park Slope. I am limited to the amount of construction I could do (I can’t extend pipes (gas and\/or water) through common walls, floors and ceilings \u00e2\u20ac\u201c I can extend pipes for outside walls and walls interior to the condo). The plumbing currently only runs through one wall (separating the kitchen and bathroom). The bathroom is too small to alter and the kitchen layout is small and awkward. I would like to hire someone to look at my layout and advise me of the best location for this washer\/dryer that won’t make the layout a disaster. Could someone please recommend what type of person I would need? Are there any architect\/design\/plumber combos?<\/p>\n
