I&#8217;ve gotten what seems to me,some pretty high estimates  for this work. It also seems like all of the contractors I&#8217;ve dealt with are either reluctant or consciously delaying an on the spot estimate or &#8216;ball park&#8217; figure.  Does anyone have someone that can do this work at reasonable prices and\/or has access to inexpensive laborers? At this point I&#8217;m open to any options.
