Hi Everyone, My husband and I recently finished a near-gut reno of our 4-story brownstone and we would like to recommend our contractors. Sami & Mike of M&S Construction did a great job at a great price. They stuck around to finish up all the details at the end without any grief or prodding. Any extras we asked for were either not charged, or charged at a very reasonable price. In addition to replacing the mechanicals, kitchens and baths, much of our project was a restoration aimed to preserve and enhance whatever historic elements we had, including the plaster walls and ceilings. M&S worked with sensitivity to that end. Additionally, I’d like to recommend Khem Brady who did a phenomenal job of wood stripping\/refinishing, and Kevin Perez and Jason Kuriloff who both did great plaster moulding and medallion restoration.
