The amount I owed to conEd at the end of last year&#8217;s level billing was equal to 5% or $15 a month. I could not get an  explanation from the conEd representative as to how the new level billing amount was calculated. I was told to take it on leave it. Anyone recently experiencing anything like that with their level billing payments?
