Any ideas on how to do this or who might be of help?  It would involve cutting the fence, knocking out the base (bricks?), and then fashioning a gate- not sure where to start with this one so I&#8217;m looking for some advice.  I&#8217;m sure I could do parts of it, but I don&#8217;t want it to turn out looking junky.
