She has a friend she&#8217;d like to have stay in her apartment. She will keep the lease and she will keep paying us rent. <\/p>\n<p>We were planning to talk to her more about this, find out about the friend etc. But I&#8217;m wondering if there are any potential pitfalls we should be aware of&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>If he&#8217;s living there over 30 days, does he get certain rights by law?
