I was wondering if anybody has done this before and how difficult it was to get approval from the Building Department.<br \/>\nWere there any other forms that needed to be filled out or any insurance requirements that the Building Department requires?<br \/>\nWould love to hear from anyone that has gone through the process.<br \/>\nThanks in advance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am planning a renovation of my apartment and would like to do the work myself as I have some free time coming up.
