These lines service other buildings, but not my own.  Does anyone know my grounds for either 1) requesting removal of said equipment or 2) requesting compensation\/reduction in price of cable\/phone services I receive?  TWC sent someone out to take photos, so I know for sure they have a equipment that is servicing my neighbors.
