This radiator is in my daughter&#8217;s room. It doesnt heat up. The pipe is warm but only two of the 10-15 sections of the radiator get warm. the remainder is cold so theres not a lot of heat.<\/p>\n<p>We have already changed the valve and removed all the water from it.
