The house has asbestos wrapped pipes in the basement and floor tiles with asbestos in basement and some lead paint throughout.  My question: is there a company that will do proper, legal demolition and disposal of this job (both the asbestos and lead and the rest of the non-toxic elements of the house) or do I need to hire an asbestos removal co and lead abatement co separate from a demo company? any recommendations?  The house is 4 floors (including basement) and is 20&#215;50.
