After months of working with the developer and also a roofer, we have ruled out almost everything as a source of the leak.  We are left with some electrical boxes that could possibly be the cause and also a bulkhead duct, both of which are out of the roofer&#8217;s area of expertise.  Would anyone here on the forum have name of someone who is very good at diagnosing and fixing rooftop issues?
