(I mean the transparent plastic piece, which hangs from the bottom of the meter so to prevent people from taking meter off without destroying the seal). I have explained it to the ConEd and they told me that it is Ok and that they recorded my report. Still I feel uncomfortable. The house inspecor neither I noticed the missing seal during house inspection but before we moved in I made bunch of pictures and they show the missing seal. So what should I do about it?
