Two of the 5 apts would be owner-occupied (not combined into one, but actually two separately occupied apts).  Any ideas?  I have heard Brownstone Agency and Statefarm, but would love to get a few more recs. Also, is it normal to have to sign on with a policy for a 3-year period?
