Sadly, this probably isn&#8217;t a pure &#8216;preservation&#8217; opportunity, since the former owner completely destroyed the original window apertures, among other things, and I don&#8217;t think it would be feasible for us to do a true restoration.  But we would like to get some bids so that we can at least improve the facade with some measure of respect for the building&#8217;s history, and replace the cheap, leaking, crappy windows that we&#8217;ve currently got.
