I was PLEASANTLY surprised at how nice these condos are.  I felt the design, materials and layouts were perfect!  I wonder if anyone else went to the open house.  Even though they were rather amazing, I still feel 600\/square foot is a lot!  I checked out the apartment on the 6th floor.  Approx 650 sf and asking around 385k.  The same apartment but on the 5th floor was listed for 320k and is in contract.  I dont think the &#8220;view&#8221; of the Verrazzano is worth 65k.  I already pay $11 to cross the damn bridge :).  I wanted everyones input on these condos.  Do you agree that 600$\/sf is a bit too much?
