They currently have a gas boiler.  They plan on doing it sometime over the summer.  The house is 4 floors (2 duplexes) and a finished basement.  Not including the basement about 2400 square feet.  What kind of boiler do you guys recommend?  I&#8217;ve also heard about tax incentive on specific boilers.
