I thought the condo they showed us was rather nice.  It looked really nice.  I find the condos a bit too pricey though.  They went as far to say Brooklyn prices average 1,000 a square foot (uh huh).  But their kool aid speech was like &#8220;700 a square foot&#8230; a bargain!!&#8221;  Did anyone also stop by?
