i had a helluva time… I couldn’t find any studs but there was something hard under the 5\/8″ sheetrock, and then it hit me… duh! In this part of the house we didn’t take out the old plaster, we just rocked over it. <\/p>\n
So, we have 5\/8″ rock, some thickness of lathe and plaster, and brick behind it. I need a fastener that will hold the pegrail and several coats in the winter.
