All the lower quotes use the torch down method as opposed to the adhesive method. We&#8217;ve heard about torching down on wood frame houses are now illegal but are confused as to why most roofers we&#8217;ve had come out bid on torching down a rubber roof. In terms of effectiveness and durability, do torched down roofs work just as well as adhesive based roofs?
