I&#8217;ve had 2 mason-type people come to look. It must be unclear what the problem is and is maybe too small a job. The theory is that there is a leak, but no one knows from where&#8230;.but it has to be from front of building.  Does anyone have any experience with this, or know someone with lots of brownstone experience willing to do a smaller job?
