Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn&#8217;t, and I can&#8217;t seem to get the problem diagnosed because every time a repairman comes, the network decides to work! Geek Squad said their only thought was that we could need a new router. I&#8217;m happy to get one, but they told me there&#8217;s really no way to tell if the router&#8217;s even the problem. I don&#8217;t know what to do!! Has anyone else encountered this problem?
