Peter really took the time to explain all problems and necessary solutions in detail. He was easy to negotiate with when it came to contract signing, and he beat other estimates we got on the same job by at least a few thousand. Ours was supposed to be a four day job, but because of weather concerns, Peter was able to make it happen in three. Once the roof was opened up, it was evident there was more damage to the joists than originally thought, and more reinforcement was needed. Peter dealt with all of this free of charge. <\/p>\n
Bensonhurst worked dawn until dusk and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done (which was quite a feat given that pretty much the whole roof had to come off!)
