I&#8217;ve been told this sounds like the sewer line could be partially clogged.  Is this a big deal (time\/money-wise)?  I&#8217;m freaking out a bit that they will have to rip up the floors to access the sewer (it is a basement and there is a crawlspace but not right where the main trap is, I don&#8217;t think).  Is it normal for a sewer line to get clogged?  Any recs for comp[anies that could help us?
