I live in a 25 foot brownstone (8 units and professional office) and it has been years since we had a new roof.  Can anyone recommend a roofer?  I received a quote for $14,000 a  year ago.  Is this reasonable?  I want to make sure that we deal with reputable roofers and that their work is guaranteed.
