There are 5 window grates that need to be removes on what is equivalent to the 2nd floor and 3 that need to be removed from the 3rd floor.  Scaffholding will need to be put in place to remove about \u00c2\u00bd of the grates.  The other \u00c2\u00bd can be accessed from a fire escape.  I believe the grates will need to be cut from the brick facade.  Does anyone have a recommendation of a person who might perform this type of work?  What is the typical cost?
