Kamal Construction (which has done several complete browstone refacings on our block, all quite nicely) quoted me $2000 for a &#8220;regular&#8221; roof and $2800 for a rubber roof.  Questions:<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; Is a rubber roof better?  Why?<br \/>\n&#8212; Does $2800 sound like a decent price for a rubber roof?<br \/>\n&#8212; Anyone have any experience with Kamal?<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m inclined to pay Kamal the $2800.  Sounds like a fair price, and seems like he does good work.
