It was leaking from the seams and it&#8217;s time to replace.  Our question is who is best to do this work? Keyspan? Sears?<br \/>\nAlso, we have a 50 gallon for 2 people (2nd apartment has it&#8217;s own water heater).  Is this to large for our needs?  Should we buy smaller, 40 galons?
