The brownstone next door stands 1 story taller than my own. During these past downpours  the entire top floor apt ceiling leaks (very badly). After ripping down sheet rock it seems the beams are soaked. Upon further  examination of the roof it appears that my neighbors wall is poorly flashed allowing the water to run down the wall into the beams. My question is  &#8221; Am I soley responsible  for the fix or should my neighbor be held accountable.
