Hey, anyone seen the FAB banner at Greene & Clinton? Has FAB been expandng off of Fulton Street into the neighborhood? I thought FAB was a business group. Am I wrong?

Hi, Can anyone share what they know about University Towers? Living,pricing (where should they be relative to last year?), development/retail plans for immediate area? There’s been a sign about supermarket coming on Myrtle for months now without any construction.
