Hello,

I’m considering buying a single-family home in Brooklyn that is built to max FAR. I’d like to add a roof deck to the top. Is that something I could do under the zoning considering I have no available FAR? Thanks!

  1. It does not count towards FAR, as it is not considered ‘habitable space’.
