Pardon the possibly silly question but shouldn’t your architect be handling this? Most architects, expediters and even many better general contractors have engineers they work with on a regular basis.
anyone? i need an engineer to test for firestop, subgrade and excavation so i can submit TR-1 for certificate of occupancy.
