Hi all-
I don’t there’s a real or true multi-listing site for Brooklyn is there? I saw few website claiming to be MLS but they really weren’t.

Is there such one for Brooklyn? If not anyone can recommend a website that’s got pretty good listings of multiple agencies? Right now I’m resorting to using streeteasy and then individually googling condos to see if they have website. Thank you.

  1. A combination of NYTimes.com and Streeteasy works fairly well.

What is OLR? Is that available to regular folk?

I too loved Google’s real estate function, but I read somewhwere they felt that other reale state websites were doing a better job and they decided to walk away.

  2. We combed the nytimes when we were looking. was pretty good. Lots of smaller brokers post on there, some FSBO. I know a woman who read craigslist but I could not have done that. Just looking at properties and reading NYTimes takes a lot.

  3. Unfortunately – there is not. The NY Times is as good as it gets – there is an mls that covers south Brooklyn – sheepshead bay, marine park etc and there is olr, which REBNY firms use for their exclusives usually closer to downtown, add to that, all the for sale by owner and non-exclusive listings that float around. Use the times online.
