Does anyone know of any brokers or services who specialize in medical spaces? Or have any suggestions for good ways to find a tenant for a medical space?
Put a paid ad on loopnet. Also, Craigslist may result in some leads.
Beyond that, I’d ask your local hospital or doctor’s office whether there are any good ad spots for medical professionals.
i believe so. has to do with the fact not handicapped accessible, grandfathered in as a medical office, but if used as something else we would have to reconfigure front of bldg…..
