Our bathroom tile has been sinking in in a foot by foot area. It seems the sub-floor cement needs repair. I am looking for one company/person who can repair both the sub-floor and put in new tile in that area (it is the typical black and white tile floor). I am not able to pull up the entire floor but rather just repair that area. I see recommendations on here for people who do whole bathrooms but not just repairs. Also, someone who is reasonably priced.

The reason reputable trades are uninterested in doing your job has everything to do with experience and knowledge.
Whatever caused a tile floor job to fail is a substantial problem. Your desire that this be a small matter is wishful thinking.
Either there is a significant structural issue, or the original install was improperly performed. Either way it can’t be cheaply and conveniently patched.
