Recommended Carpenter for Fence Work?

We’re looking for a customer to do a couple of projects. One would be to convert a section of fence into a gate–nothing fancy, just something that opens and closes.

Also, the ability to put together a custom exterior window frame (for an art display, not for actual use) would be a big bonus.

Does anyone know a carpenter who could handle this sort of thing?
