What does “5 x 5” max refer to?
in a multi family the limitation will be a 5′ by 5′ max. so no room for “powder room”
What about 3 families? Are “powder rooms” allowed in 3 family cellars if all the same conditions are met?
maybe i am dense, but what does this get us? a shower in an open cellar? and why only one and two family dwellings? multiple dwellings have open cellars too.
