evicting a hoarder with bed bugs

Hi,
I need a recommendation for a lawyer experienced in coops for the purpose of beginning eviction proceedings against the mother of a lessee living in his apartment who has a serious hoarding problem and whose apartment is infested with bed bugs. She will not cooperate with the necessary preparations for treatment of the infestation, which has spread to at least one other unit in the building. We are planning to thermally treat all affected apartments, but this will not work with her apartment in its current condition. We have a lawyer who handles closings and other small matters, but think we need someone with specific experience in this area. Thanks in advance.
