Buyers' Broker
We are about to start looking for a place in Park Slope or Windsor Terrace. Can anyone recommend a broker who’s familiar with those neighborhoods? Thanks!

Hi Mimi,
I was just thinking how I’d like to recommended our realtor to someone, but wasn’t sure how or where to post it. You have provided the perfect opportunity!
We contracted exclusively with Anthony Orrichio of Orrichio/Anderson Real Estate to sell our co-op (he was also the buyer’s agent for my husband when my husband bought the co-op 12 years ago). It sold within a month. He is “old school,” meaning his is a real indie company with the knowledge and expertise of a big company but with way better “customer service” and personal attention . . . he’s been doing real estate in the Slope and Windsor Terrace for DECADES. He lives here in the slope and knows everyone, he and his wife/business partner (Anna Anderson) are members of the food co-op and always out and about, he has a great reputation with other relators (every realtor we meet knows about him and comments on what a nice guy he is), and he is so very easy to talk to . . . he returns phone calls quickly, he is thorough, organized, and happy and available to answer questions at length. . . also what I like about him is he is a very calm and mellow person, and has a calming influence on people who are stressed out beyond belief trying to sell or buy a home.
We have decided to look for our new place ourselves, but he has actually been a great source of information in our search, and has made himself available to us to answer any and all questions. With Anthony, it’s not just about the real estate, it truly is about the relationship.
At any rate, I cannot recommend him enough. We LOVE him.
His office is at 302 Seventh Ave.

Good luck with whomever you choose!
Hi Mimi:
This post is in reply to your search for real estate brokers in brooklyn familiar with park slope/windsor terrace.
I know a great broker in brooklyn. He is a real sharp individual, quite knowledgeable with the whole real estate market and neighborhoods — and a genuinely nice guy. Very patient by nature.
I’m not sure if I’m allowed to post his information here.
I don’t want to violate any rules so feel free to call me and I will get you into contact with him.
I will spell out my phone number for you to prevent internet robot spammers from adding my number to their list. This can also be done when you leave your email on forums. All of a sudden you start getting all kinds of spam offers to your personal email.
My number is: area code (three four seven)
nine . two . seven . five . six . zero . one
I always return calls, by the way.
