Small Toilet
Can anyone recommend a space-saving toilet? We have a shallow powder room and need something smaller than the standard 28″ length. There are a mind boggling number of toilets out there, who knew?!

Stuff comes flying out?
Bought two totos for my renovation. Stuff comes flying out when I flush them. ugh.
One can always put the lid down though..
I installed the Toto/Drake model in my really small powder room and it fits just fine. 26-3/8″ from wall to front of terlit.
Thanks everyone!
Love Toto – really can’t go wrong for flushing ability and overall no clogging, no problems etc, even the smaller models.
Kohler Rialto or Toto Carolina – The Toto is also available in a 10″ rough-in and the Kohler beats anything by Toto or Duravit for price
the Happy D is the smallest toilet that I know of, but it has a fairly unique rough in…seem to remember 8 inches floor mount or 4 inches back drain, and require 4 inch drainage
Toto also makes a toilet where the tank is “in wall” with only the bowl extending out. Not sure the depth, but given my own space issues I plan on replacing two toilets with this one. Probably at considerable expense of closing up the waste holes in the floor : (
We’ve had good results with the Toto Promenade as well.
If that doesn’t do it, try the Duravit Happy D at 25.5″: http://www.duravit.com/website/homepage/products/product_overview/series/happy_d.com-en.html/p-92894
