Removing Concrete in Backyard/Drain Issue
My entire backyard is concrete. I would like to remove it all but there is a drain, will that be an issue as far as getting clogged with dirt, etc.? Thanks

arkady is right. you can easily cover it up with a cap or plastic. after you breakdown the concrete.
I would leave the drain or cap it off for future use if needed. If you want it to work, leave a section of concrete around it and get a good cover for it.
I’d disagree w/ that but would say you can certainly have the concrete removed – just maintain the drain & put a cover on it – they’re made to fit various size holes & allow water to get in but keep leaves, etc. out.
If your landscaper does the job right you don’t need the drain once the concrete is gone. Just cap it below grade before the topsoil is put in..
If you remove the concrete, you may not need a drain.
