I apparently need a report along with procedural guidance that outlines the current condition and parameters under which I can make repairs to a 4-family building, correcting maintenance violations from the DOB. Front door lintel on the facade (repair, not redo) and basement (missing ceiling sections and boiler door not self latching, stuff) specifically.
