We’re getting some seepage through our foundation.

It’s not a large area, but we want to nip it in the bud.

Can anyone recommend a good reliable waterproofing company?

Thanks.

  1. And, depending where the seepage is, you might just look into having a french drain put in the garden & it could solve your problems. But it’s more likely an ice dam melting & solved by mending roof membrane or pointing masonry.

  2. if it’s not a huge amount of water, take a look at your gutter situation and the slope of the ground at foundation level and correct any issues there first. A broken, disconnected, or clogged gutter can lead to leaks that are easily corrected.

A waterproofing company will likely have more extensive and expensive solutions to offer if you call them.
