Is anyone willing to provide reference on Adam Dahill and WCS Lending? I saw all the recommendations and called him. True enough he’s been helpful and provided rates that seemed too good to be true. So, can anyone further back up WCS Lending’s cred?

I have read great things about Adam. I used another broker at WCS and felt I was given the runaround a lot, plus there was an extremely slow turnaround time with the underwriters.
I can third that – we just closed on a coop today with Adam, and he was patient and helpful through the fairly difficult process of getting the deal done.
I’m going to second that… Adam is currently trying to help us out on a difficult refi… he’s done tons of research into our options and has been incredibly honest and straightforward.
