We are architects who work on small projects, so we’ve dealt with a lot of builders, and he ranks among the best I’ve ever worked with. He is finishing up a gut renovation of a studio in our Clinton Hill townhouse this week. I can’t say enough about him. He is meticulous, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented, communicates well, and charges reasonable prices. Also a very nice guy. He worked for many years as the foreman of a crew doing townhouse reno’s in Harlem, and is now going out on his own, so is looking for new clients.
