thanks, guys!
I think washer dryer hook up will be from $1000-$2000 depending on the venting. I think plumbing alone just a bit over $1000.
Call Umberto, who did an excellent, extremely professional job on our basement concrete floor for a considerable lower cost: 1-347-661-4379. Based on my experience, I’d say he would charge less than $4000, maybe even 3 for just a level and pour. That includes mesh, vapor barrier, leveled to perfection, four inch pour, and trowelled. He did mine in a day. He used to work with the premier concrete company in Manhattan, and now works freelance in Brooklyn. I can’t recommend him more highly.
17×50, $8000, included leveling of dirt floor.
w/d could be 300-900, depending on: electrical line needed? gas line? venting easy?
