We are looking for a skilled tile worker to repair/replace some loose tiles in the corner of a shower/tub convergence. It is small glass tile, using spectraLOCK grouting and an acrylic tub. While we think it is a small job in terms of area to be covered the tight tolerances and finicky materials have us hoping we can find an excellent craftsman for the job.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

  1. The forum of bathroom tile repair is giving us the instructions about the fitting of the right tile in the room. The skilled labour is required for the proper fitting of the tiles. The
hostel Cartagena is also having well fitted tiles in the bathroom.

  2. We are experienced Laticrete Epoxy Spectralock installers.

Without seeing the job, I would be concerned that whatever condition caused the problem, could either be more extensive than it seems, or perhaps has led to infiltration behind the outer surface.

Patching often shows, isn’t always satifying.

On the hopeful side, we have been pleasantly surprised by the degree to which the epoxy grout color matching between batches has been excellent. Conventional grout almost never looks the same.
