Washer repair/service help

Just shortly after 1 year, my LG front loading washer is getting this “tE” or upside down “FE” error code. I believe it has something to do with the thermistor. Anyone have any washer repair service they recommend? We are leaning towards going with Sears repair service. Thanks in advance
