In-Stock Range Hoods?

The big box stores only seem to carry fugly models in-store, so any ideas on where to get nice under-cabinet range hoods (Viking, Zephyr, Bosch?) quickly — either already in stock or shipped quick?
I plan on stopping by PC Richard tomorrow morning since they seem to have quick turn-around, but would love more opinions.
Thanks!
Just a thought, but this place is located in New Jersey, and makes high quality (and high $$) custom hoods. But they have a clearance page, that might lead one to believe that they are already made and available to be picked up/shipped. I was debating between these folks and Modernaire, but went with Modernaire.

Magic Lung by Vent a Hood is also really great – powerful, quiet, and very clean simple design (no big branding plaques in your face). AJ Mad & Gringers both have them.
Appliance Showroom across from Costco has stuff…
We recently dealt with Drimmers in Brooklyn. They have all the usual high-end stuff and can arrange for quick delivery. In the end we got a Kupperbusch hood from them, love it. Quiet and powerful.
We also got quotes from Peninsula Buying Service. 212 838 1010. Because they are not a brick/mortar store, you’ll need to know exactly which model you’re asking them to quote and if they can find it in the area, they’ll give the price over the phone. Because they’ll be quoting you for inventory that’s in stock locally, they can and usually do get it to you within 48 hours. 9/10 it comes from PC Richards or Tops in Jersey but at a price 15-20% cheaper than PC Richards or Tops.
I’ve got the Futuro Futuro Plane range hood. Looks great, solid quality, and a great value.
I wanted really simple so just did the viking – from gringers. Plus you can get different strength motors. It’s big but I mounted a little higher than norm so my space was decent.
I second the futurofuturo idea from cm.
I’ve been to their showroom, they have about 60 models on display and a big warehouse with everything in stock. Look-listen-touch-buy, right there. Italian stuff, not cheap but worth every dime.
If you need it ‘right this second’, I can’t think of any place you can get a hood faster.

@bikerboy — it is indeed ducted but my contractors will be taking care of that. The hood will be going over a 36″ Viking cooktop, so everything I’ve read steers me in the direction of a powerful hood which you don’t seem to find in the big box in-stock models. Plus, we cook a ton.
@cm and @greenwoodgeneral — Thanks so much for the recommendations. I’ll look into them. Actually, I ran across futurofuturo online last night in my searches but didn’t see any reviews!
Also, and maybe this is just a general ease-of-use question, but we pulled out the offending Zephyr range hood last night that we had originally dismissed as being too deep (22.5″) for the space (24″ deep countertops).
The models I’ve found that are shallower are typically 20-21.5″ deep, so is it even worth it to go to the trouble of finding another one if the trade-off is just an extra inch or two of clearance?! Plus, most of the shallower models have a greater height (6″-10″ + cabinet fan vs like 4″ + cabinet fan for the Zephyr) so it seems they would intrude in your cooking space in a different way.
Curious to know how others have made under-the-cabinet range hood decisions.
I mean 1st AVe (near 1st street).
